Ryan joined Century 21 in 2015 after studying a combined Commerce / Law degree at the University of New South Wales. His father, Sana Ullah, a local property developer and director of our Century 21 offices, encouraged him to join the business after witnessing the growth in the North-West market.

Ryan has since set about establishing himself as one of the company's most diligent, determined and hardworking agents. Ryan's focus is on new development projects such as land subdivisions, house and land packages, and off-plan apartment sales.

His extensive understanding in the Sydney residential development sector and his ability to match buyers with properties that meet their lifestyle and investment requirement assures both vendors and buyers a smooth and successful outcome.

Ryan's strengths are his in-depth local knowledge, excellent negotiation techniques, understanding of his client's needs and natural ability to help his clients from all different cultures and backgrounds. His energetic and focused approach makes Ryan a highly experienced and accomplished member of the team with a fine record for consistently achieving excellent results for his clients.
